• Click "Pet Owner Registration" to register yourself. 
• Next, click either "Dog Registration" or "Cat Registration" for each animal you possess.
• Finally, click Terms of Service  to review our policies (you'll be asked to sign a copy at your consultation).

Once you have registered, schedule your consultation.

• Complete an Online Service Request, call or email us to schedule a consultation at a convenient time for you so that we may meet you and your pet(s) and discuss any additional needs you may have.

*Important:  For your consultation, please have the following available:

• Completed Pet Owner and Pet Registration forms
• *Two working copies of your house keys.
• Your payment (please make checks payable to "Sierra Stroll Pet Care").

What to expect at the consultation

In-home consultations typically take about 30 minutes, and we schedule them around your availability.  During the consultation:

• We'll meet you and your pet(s) and learn where all of their supplies are kept,
• go over your completed registration forms,
• get two working copies of your keys,
• collect payment for the service, which will include your one-time $15 registration fee.

Please note:  Mid-day walking service clients can pay weekly or monthly, whichever is more convenient for you.  If you choose to pay weekly, payment is due each Monday for that week of service.  Monthly payments are due on the first day of service for the coming month.  At the consultation you will pay for either the first week or first month of service, whichever you choose.

Existing Clients:

• Complete the Online Service Request, call or email us with your service request.

 *One copy of your house key will go to your pet caregiver, while the other copy will be locked in a safe in our office in the event your pet caregiver is unable to visit your home.  Please note there will be an additional $10 fee if we are not provided two keys to your home at the time of the consultation.
